SendGrid moved to Colorado in 2009 as a successful participant in the TechStars accelerator program. They initially raised $750,000, then another $5 million in a Series A funding round. Between 2012-2016, they raised Series B, C and D funding for a total of $74 million. In 2015, Yancey Spruill joined SendGrid as the COO and CFO.  Together with Pattie Money (CPO), David Banks (IRO) and legal counsel, the team raised $131 million through an IPO in 2017. They then went on to sell the company to Twilio in 2018 for nearly $3 billion.

Normal registration closes on Tuesday 5:00pm of the week of the meeting.  Timely registration ensures you a seat at dinner and each PD session and related handouts, based on the sessions that you register for. 

Any registrations after that Tuesday 5:00pm deadline will be managed as late registrations. Acceptance of these late registrations is at the discretion of FEI Colorado and may be limited based on the space available.  After that deadline, please e-mail [email protected] as soon as you are able to advise us which sessions and/or dinner you plan to attend.  

Refund/Cancellation Policy: No refunds for paid registrations after the 5:00pm Tuesday deadline.  FEI Colorado appreciates your sending an email to [email protected] as soon as you are aware that you must cancel, for handouts and available seating calculations.
