Harnessing the power of ‘Asset Based Lending’ to achieve your business goals.

Join us to learn why Colorado companies and corporate heavyweights like Georgia Gulf, Hertz and Del Monte are using, asset-based lending (ABL) to finance their working capital needs.

David Ciccolo, EVP with Wells Fargo’s Capital Finance, will provide a summary of the various ABL structures; including Factoring, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Securitization, etc.  The presentation will discuss how companies of all sizes are leveraging ABL structures to finance growth objectives and provide specific examples.

David Ciccolo, EVP Capital Finance, Wells Fargo

David Ciccolo oversees the team responsible for Wells Fargo’s accounts receivable financing programs, including factoring and inventory financing, accounts receivable management services and import letter of credit financing.

Dave joined Wells Fargo in 1989 and has served as a commercial loan officer, commercial banking representative, portfolio manager, business development officer, and national sales manager. In 1999, he was named division manager of then Wells Fargo Business Credit’s Accounts Receivable Finance division. 

Dave graduated from Regis University with degrees in business administration, economics, and computer science.  He is currently a member of the Turnaround Management Association, both nationally and locally, as well as the Commercial Finance Association.

Business Breakfast Meetings are generally held on Tuesdays at different locations. There is no cost to attend the sessions and you do not have to be a member of FEI; however, you must register to reserve a space.
