Important Registration Information

Registration for this event will close at 3:00pm on Friday, May 11th.  Timely registration ensures you a seat at dinner and each PD session and related handouts, based on the sessions that you register for. 

An FEI Colorado member or Strategic Partner, and their qualified guests, who are registered on our website should see the appropriate coupon code filled in automatically during online registration to waive the $65 dinner fee.  If any problems, please email info@FEIColorado.org.

Any registrations after the deadline will be managed as late registrations. Acceptance of these late registrations is at the discretion of FEI Colorado and may be limited based on the space available.  After that deadline, please e-mail info@FEIColorado.org as soon as you are able to advise us which sessions and/or dinner you plan to attend.  Please also arrive at least 30 minutes before the first such session, as most of the registration process will be performed onsite. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy: No refunds for paid registrations after the 5:00pm Tuesday deadline.  FEI Colorado appreciates your sending an email to info@FEIColorado.org as soon as you are aware that you must cancel, for handouts and available seating calculations.

Parking: Parking is available at the Cable Center for no cost. The Cable Center is also within walking distance from the light rail station.
