Paradigm Shift: Different Results Require a Different Way of Thinking

Join Andy Neary and John Jordan as they explore the power mindset has on an organization’s bottom line.  Solving complex business problems doesn’t always require a different solution or vendor, just a different way of thinking.  Andy and John will share examples of how applying a new way of thinking to Spot Buying and Healthcare can create predictable and repeatable results.

Andy Neary

As a former pitcher with the Milwaukee Brewers, Andy Neary understands how small-budget teams are able to compete with the biggest payrolls in baseball.  Winning teams share a common set of principles.  Neary has utilized these principles to help benefit advisors and employers make a huge impact to rising healthcare costs.

Andy is an Amazon best-selling author of Breaking Through the Status Quo, and a consultant with The Olson Group.  Andy works with insurance professionals looking to increase revenue with a game plan built for “all 9 innings”.  Andy lives in Fort Collins, CO with his girlfriend Amy and four-legged child Maisy.

John Jordan

John Jordan is a Principal Consultant with Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA), an International advisory and cost-management consultancy. ERA’s network of +700 consultants manage supply chain projects across 43 separate expense areas and +200 sub-category areas, including core materials purchasing, insurance, banking, IT/telecom, business services, and more. John understands the importance of middle market companies maintaining a highly competitive position in this highly complex and competitive environment, including across the broader supply chain.

John completed the Executive MBA program at Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in 2001.

John is happily married with three grown children and enjoys plenty of activities including off-shore sailing, hiking and fly fishing.
